Intercontinental Chicago Magnificent Mile, An Ihg Hotel, Chicago

This hotel surprised me with its spacious rooms and extra clean environment. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, offering help and even gifts for my child. The location couldn't have been better, right near the Mag Mile with endless dining and activity options. The dining experience was decent with a good breakfast selection. Overall, a convenient and comfortable choice.

The location was ideal for exploring Chicago, with easy access to major sites, but finding the hotel occasionally posed a challenge. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, the rooms were extremely old and uncomfortable, needing an upgrade for a better experience. The dining options were fantastic with fresh produce, but the price for some meals felt steep.
